When emailing details of a new event please be sure to include the group name and the date of the event. As many other details as required may also be submitted to the diary, for example the start time of the event, the programme, and the names of any soloists.

If there is no logo displayed by a group name in the event diary it is because TAPA does not have one on file. To add a logo for a group please email it to contact@tapa.org.uk or post a printed copy to David Cooper

When there are two or more events on the same day the event received first by TAPA is always displayed first in the diary.

Joint Promotion Initative

Members of TAPA are reminded of their obligation to advertise as many events by other members as they can in all their event programmes. They should also provide the TAPA website address (www.tapa.org.uk) to the public at every opportunity. Acknowledgement of Taunton Deane Borough Council's support of TAPA would also be appreciated.

Members should also display a link to TAPA from their group's website. Links can be made by using the images found at the bottom right of this page.
