In Ecclesia
In Ecclesia is continuing with its original aim, dating back 50 years, to provide choral services for churches without the means to provide their own. Originally this was aimed at rural churches but we now include urban churches and cathedrals in our travels. In addition the intention is to continue with spring/summer concerts in Milverton and the Christmas concerts in Taunton. We meet for rehearsals on Thursday evenings at 7.45pm in St John’s Church Taunton and generally follow the pattern of school terms. The choir numbers around 20 members and is always interested in applications from experienced singers with moderate sight reading ability with a real interest in Church Music.
