The Somerset County orchestra is an amateur orchestra that rehearses on Tuesdays in Taunton, and generally presents four concerts per year in the Taunton area. We have performed many major works over the years, as well as other exciting and varied works - many by English composers. The orchestra is conducted by various local conductors, and often uses local soloists for concertos.
